At all4birding, birding is about more than checking species off a list—it’s about connections. Birds connect us to places, people, and traditions. Our tours bring exceptional birding together with local culture and community encounters, while also supporting sustainable livelihoods and conservation. Join us and see how travel that respects nature and people creates deeper meaning—and real benefits for communities and wildlife.
In 2019 I was looking to find a few more hummingbird species for my list. One I was missing was the Honduran Emerald. I was fortunate to find a 12-day tour of Honduras that Katinka organized and guided. Her organizational and birding skills were superb. Her knowledge and experience as to knowing where and when to look for particular species was spot on. We had a great trip! Not only do I recommend her services, I hope to someday travel with her again!
During two birding trips in Latin-America I experienced Katinka as an excellent organizer and birding guide in one (and off-road driver, if needed!). As a multilingual organizer she is well-prepared, flexible and creative in solving practical problems. As a birding guide she is attentive, and eager and persistent to find the birds you're really hoping to see. Katinka is both sympathetic, energetic and tough as a person, driven to make the trip a memorable experience.
My family and I have been on three birding trips with Katinka; Arizona, Honduras and Colombia. Each time we were amazed at Katinka’s incredible ability to identify and find birds as well as her ability to help me get on the bird. Katinka was a wonderful leader. She was always gracious, kind, flexible and organized. We love traveling with her.
I have been on several birding tours with Katinka and I highly recommend her. Not only is she very personable and friendly but she also knows several languages, both of which aid in making a great birding tour. Katinka knows bird calls and all the birds well, so that she can identify all the birds we see. She provides information about the birds and their habits as well. She is enthusiastic and works hard to get everyone great looks at the birds. Katinka provides a detailed itinerary for each tour with a description of the birds seen at each location, and information on the lodges where we stayed. The lodges are comfortable and clean with good food. I like the pace of her tours. We are up early for birding, see most if not all of the target birds, have a great day list, and reach our final destination of the day in time for a bit of relaxation and a drink before dinner.
Our newest project, WeBird, was born from the realization that local guides hold the deepest knowledge of their birds and habitats, yet too often remain unseen. We wanted to find a way for them to reach birders directly, and at the same time make the birding travel market more accessible and inclusive.
